Hello everyone! My name is Noah Maddox, I’m the owner of Maddox Mobile Detailing. I started this business when I was 17 years old and still working at a tire shop. Ever since I was little I knew that one day I was going to own a business. I’ve always had trouble working under a boss as it limits a lot of what I’m capable of and prevents me from doing everything I can to help out the community. I went on vacation for a week in August 2021 and was thinking of what business I could start. After a lot of research I finally landed on detailing. It just made sense, I’m a HUGE car guy and have loved cars more than anything my entire life. I decided to invest some money to get my equipment and all I did that entire week of vacation was study everything there is to know about detailing. I watched countless tutorials and other helpful videos. When vacation was over I got back home to see all the equipment I needed to detail a car. I asked my mom if I could practice on her car and she, of course, said yes (Who doesn’t want a clean car for free?). This Is it, my very first customer. I watched those tutorials over and over again to ensure I was going to do a good job for my first customer. It took a lot of trial and error to figure out what really goes into detailing a vehicle. I had a lot of unhappy customers at first, but one thing about me is that I’m very honest and have integrity. I made sure to go back to those jobs until it was done correctly. Doing it this way I learned what to look for so I won’t miss it again. I now sit here with hundreds of happy customers and a lot of wonderful reviews that I cherish so much!
